Integrated System Design Solutions provides a professional business to business service for Contractors, Owners or Clients in order to support their Fire & Security Alarm Engineering, Design, Bidding and/or Estimating needs.

• Professionally created Fire and Security Alarm Shop Drawings
• Site visits for estimating of design and specifications of projects
• Architectural backgrounds drawings, provided by consulting Engineer.
• Re-creation of lost plans.
• Procurement of documents and plans from architect or engineer of records
• AHJ requirements.
• NFPA codes requirements and research.
• Systems calculations and certification of plans, provided by consulting Engineer.

Available Pricing
Project value pricing is available, starting @ $300.00 for small Fire Alarm projects under $4500.00 project cost.
Price includes calculations, specification sheets, electronic dwg files and PDF format files of plans.
Please note: Projects valued above $4500.00 require a 25% deposit and balance paid upon completion.
Site visits, travel, procurement of plans, background drawings, Engineering Seals, consulting, estimating, re-submittals, and As-builds are subject to additional charges.
All projects require client approval via secure PDF proofs to insure satisfaction of completed drawings and documents.

All our permitting plans come complete with detail riser diagrams, calculations, specification sheets, scope of work, applicable codes, contractor logo and information and site location and information.
